Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship all packages USPS priority mail and charge a flat shipping rate of $6.95 for all US orders, $24.95 for Canada orders and $31.95 for all other international orders. In addition, CA shipments will be charged a state sales tax of 8.75% - this is due to the law requiring a merchant to charge tax if the business and the customer are in the same state.

 All U.S. orders over $75 receive free shipping. In addition, all orders come with two complementary product samples (samples are selected based on what products are fresh that day). Generally, you can expect your order within one week from your purchase date - though it can be up to two weeks; we will send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped. 

Returns Policy

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All product returns must have been purchased through the Vasseur Skincare website; returns will not be accepted on products purchased through other retail locations. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your order - so please print out and include your email order confirmation and include it in the package. Mail returns to Vasseur Skincare - ATTN: Returns Department, 1930 First Avenue, San Diego, CA 92021. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item (with the order receipt included).
